Los vehículos automotores llevarán únicamente los faros que se indican en los artículos siguientes, construidos y colocados de manera que no se interfieran. Los instrumentos de alumbrado utilizados por pares se colocarán en forma simétrica al centro del vehículo y deberán funcionar simultáneamente y con igual intensidad luminosa, a excepción de las luces direccionales.
