Art. 2º. Dichos Regidores que no actuarán sino en las localidades en que no haya Juzgado municipal, procederán con Secretario a d-hoc y bajo la inspección y dirección del Juez que ha de conocer definitivamente ó en primera instancia. Publíquese y dése cuenta al Ministerio de Gobierno.
