Destínase la suma de ($ 500.000.00) moneda corriente, para la construcción del edificio donde funcionará el instituto docente que se crea por esta Ley. Esta suma se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y en caso de que así no lo fuere, el Gobierno queda autorizado para efectuar los traslados y abrir los créditos que fueren necesarios para ejecutarla.
