Art. 32. Todo acto de transmisión de propiedad literaria o artística deberá hacerse constar en documento público, que se inscribirá en el correspondiente Registro; y sin este requisito el adquiriente no podrá hacer valer su derecho. La ley, y en su defecto el reglamento, fijará un impuesto sobre la transmisión de la propiedad literaria.
