Art. 1.° Desde el 1.° de setiembre próximo quedará dividida la Secretaría de Guerra i Marina en tres secciones, organizadas en los términos que se espresan: La seccion 1.ª será servida por el Oficial mayor, como Jefe de ella, por un Oficial 1.° i otro Oficial escribiente; La seccion 2.ª. por un Jefe, un Oficial i un escribiente; i La seccion 3.ª por un Jefe, un Tenedor de libros i un Oficial.
