Artículo 98. CONTRIBUCION CON AUMENTO A LA CAJA DE SUELDOS DE RETIRO. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo y los que se encuentren en goce de asignación de retiro y sus beneficiarios en goce de pensión pagadera por la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional, contribuirán con destino a ésta con el monto del aumento de sus haberes, asignaciones o pensiones equivalentes a los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha en que se cause dicho aumento.
