Art. 132. En el caso del ordinal 3.º del artículo 124 de esta ley, la ratificación de lo actuado no da jurisdicción al Magistrado ó Juez para seguir conociendo del asunto, y deben pasar los autos al Juez ó Magistrado competente, para que continúe conociendo del negocio en el estado en que se encuentre. En los demás casos sigue conociendo hasta la terminación del juicio.
