Los candidatos a la Cámara de Representantes que aspiren por esta circunscripción en el marco de lo establecido en los artículos 2º y 3º, aparecerán en una tarjeta electoral de circulación nacional donde se distinguirán con claridad los candidatos de las comunidades indígenas y los candidatos de las comunidades negras.
