El Gobierno reglamentará la presente Ley y llenara los vacíos que puedan ocurrir sobre reorganización de la Policía Nacional, aumentando o disminuyendo el personal de esta, según las necesidades del servicio.

Parágrafo

Corresponde igualmente al Poder Ejecutivo la organización y reglamentación de la Caja de Gratificaciones y Recompensas y las de Fondos Especiales de la misma Policía, establecida por decretos del Gobierno.
