La Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior establecerá una lista de artículos de consumo indispensable para la zona de que trata el artículo anterior, cuya importación se hará mediante licencia expedida directamente por su Seccional en Leticia, sin el requisito de aprobación previa por la Junta de Importaciones. Las importaciones de los bienes no contemplados en la lista mencionada, seguirán el régimen general.
