Divulgación, promoción y realización de la convocatoria. Corresponderá al Registrador del Estado Civil respectivo, una vez cumplidos los requisitos establecidos para la solicitud de revocatoria, coordinar con las autoridades electorales del respectivo departamento o municipio, la divulgación, promoción y realización de la convocatoria para la votación de acuerdo con las normas establecidas en el Título X de la presente Ley.
