Obligación de registrar las colecciones biológicas. La persona natural o jurídica que administre una colección biológica deberá realizar el Registro Único de la Colección Biológica ante el Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos “Alexander Von Humboldt”, de acuerdo con el procedimiento que se establece en el artículo 7° del presente decreto.

Parágrafo

El Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos “Alexander Von Humboldt” mantendrá en su página web la lista actualizada de las colecciones registradas, incluyendo información sobre los especímenes registrados en cada colección y los datos de la persona de contacto.
