Las mismas empresas están obligadas a sostener un médico en ejercicio legal de la profesión, si el número de sus trabajadores, durante un período mayor de un mes, no pasa de cuatrocientos (400) y uno más por cada cuatrocientos (400) trabajadores o fracción mayor de doscientos (200).
