Unicamente la Contraloría General de la República ejercerá funciones de vigilancia, conforme a la Constitución y las leyes, en la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, sobre la inversión de los dineros provenientes del Fondo Nacional del Café y sobre los demás bienes y fondos oficiales que ésta administre.
