En los casos de la Ley 182 de 1948 el administrador elegido en debida forma, tendrá la personería de la copropiedad en los términos de la Ley 95 de 1890 y en los casos de la Ley 16 de 1985 tendrá la representación legal de la personería jurídica, en relación con los bienes y servicios de dominio o uso comunes.
