Sesiones. El Comité Directivo se reunirá, ordinariamente, cada cuatro (4) meses, previa citación de la Secretaría Técnica; y extraordinariamente por convocatoria del Presidente, a solicitud de cualquiera de los miembros.

El Comité Directivo podrá deliberar con la mitad de sus integrantes, y las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría absoluta de los presentes.

La convocatoria la realizará la Secretaría Técnica, de conformidad con las instrucciones que imparta el Presidente del Comité Directivo.
