Art. 287 Cuando alguno de los que conforme a las leyes sustitutivas pueden provocar la remoción de un tutor o curador pretenda hacerlo, deberá presentar su demanda ante el juez respetivo del territorio en que se halle establecido el domicilio del guardador, y en este juicio, calidad de la tutela o cautela se observara los tramites del ordinario de mayor cuantía o de menor cuantía.
