Publicaciones institucionales. El Registrador del Estado Civil correspondiente, ordenará tres (3) publicaciones del texto del proyecto sometido a referendo, al comienzo, en el intermedio y al final de la campaña, en dos diarios de circulación nacional si se trata de un referendo de carácter constitucional o legal, o dos publicaciones en un diario de amplia circulación en el respectivo territorio, en el caso de un referendo de carácter departamental o municipal.
