En los organismos de grado superior los estatutos deberán establecer el régimen de representación y voto, que deberá ser proporcional al número de asociados, el volumen de operaciones, o a una combinación de estos factores, fijando un mínimo y un máximo que asegure la participación de sus miembros e impidan el predominio excluyente de algunos de ellos.
