INTERES ILICITO EN LA CELEBRACION DE CONTRATOS. El que se interese en provecho propio o de un tercero, en cualquier clase de contrato u operación en que deba intervenir por razón de su cargo o de sus funciones, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a tres (3) años, en multa de un mil a quinientos mil pesos e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de uno (1) a cinco (5) años.
