ARTICULO 13

Admisión provisional del jefe de oficina consular.

Hasta que se le conceda el exequátur, el jefe de oficina consular podrá ser admitido provisionalmente al ejercicio de sus funciones. En este caso le serán aplicables las disposiciones de la presente Convención.
