Devolución De Cigarrillos Con Situación Jurídica Definida

º. Devolución de cigarrillos con situación jurídica definida. Cuando el procedimiento administrativo aduanero concluya con la resolución de devolución de la mercancía, la entrega material de la misma la ejecutará la respectiva Secretaría de Hacienda Departamental o del Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá.

Parágrafo

Previa la entrega material de los cigarrillos, las Secretarías de Hacienda ejercerán su competencia, en cuanto a la administración del impuesto al consumo que les corresponde, en concordancia con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1280 de 1994.
