Los órganos y empresas conformarán un grupo con los vehículos existentes para atender las necesidades ocasionales e indispensables del servicio así como para el desarrollo de sus funciones. Se incluye las actividades necesarias para atender la seguridad de los funcionarios públicos. Los vehículos sobrantes después de aplicar las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto serán dados en venta con sujeción a las disposiciones legales vigentes.
