Art. 210. El dueño, Capitan o piloto de la embarcacion que conduzca mercancías para introducirse en Colombia por la via de “ Los Cachos,” o de “ San Buenaventura ” en el rio de Zulia, cuando ésta fuere habilitada, deberá traer un sobordo del cargamento en el cual se espresará :

1.° El nombre, clase i patron de la embarcacion ;

2.° Los nombres de los remitentes i de las personas a quienes se dirije el cargamento ; i

3.° El número de bultos i sus marcas.
