Art. 1.° La Tesorería jeneral pondrá en licitacion pública el dia 10 de cada mes, empezando por el de octubre próximo, la suma de mil pesos aplicable a las órdenes de pago por pensiones causadas a deber i no pagadas desde 30 de abril de 1868 a 31 de agosto último.
