Art. 15. Los Administradores municipales gozarán de un sueldo eventual hasta del 8% de las sumas que recauden, á juicio del Gobierno; pero tal eventualidad no excederá en ningún caso de cincuenta pesos mensuales. Los Administradores de Circuito en su carácter de Administradores municipales, no gozarán de esta eventualidad.
