Cuando la felicitación sea otorgada por los Comandos Superiores se consignará en la respectiva Orden del Día y se leerá en una formación especial ante todo el personal del Cuerpo o Repartición a que perteneciere el agraciado. Con esta felicitación se debe conceder un permiso especial hasta por diez (10) días.
