° Los Tesoreros Municipales llevarán en un libro especial su cuenta por recaudos sobre Impuesto de Registro y Anotación, enteramente separada de las cuentas municipales propias de su empleo; la rendirán mensualmente, en los cinco primeros días, al respectivo Administrador Departamental de Hacienda Nacional, quien la incorporará en la suya, haciendo los reconocimientos á favor del Tesoro por todo lo recaudado, y á cargo del mismo por la eventualidad de los Tesoreros, quienes le enviarán por ella el recibo correspondiente.
