°. Tasa de interés. La tasa de interés final de la línea de redescuento con tasa compensada de que tratan los ítems del artículo 1° del presente decreto, será hasta del D.T.F. más dos puntos por ciento trimestre anticipado (DTF + 2.0% T.A.), con plazos hasta de doce (12) años y hasta con dos (2) años de gracia.
