Autorícese el parqueo de vehículos en las bahías de estacionamiento definidas por la Ley 769 del 2002 a las personas con movilidad reducida, ya sean conductores o acompañantes.

Parágrafo

Las autoridades municipales y distritales competentes habilitarán y reglamentarán en beneficio de las personas con movilidad reducida el uso de las bahías de estacionamiento. Por el uso de las bahías se podrán cobrar las tarifas legalmente establecidas.
