De Primer Grado: El comandante, jefe, gerente o director respectivo.
De Segundo Grado: El segundo comandante, subjefe, subgerente o subdirector respectivo.
De Tercer Grado: Es competente el oficial que sea superior jerárquico inmediato a cuyas órdenes directas se encuentre el infractor dentro de la línea de dependencia o mando y que ostente como mínimo el grado de teniente.
