El Jefe de la División de Organismos y Conferencias Internacionales tendrá, además de las funciones generales a que se refiere el artículo 11 del presente Decreto, las siguientes funciones especiales: a). Estudiar los temarios y programas de las Conferencias, Congresos, Seminarios y otras reuniones internacionales y preparar las instrucciones respectivas. b). Tramitar todo lo relativo al desarrollo de tales reuniones, directamente o por conducto de las Secciones de su División; c). Tramitar los asuntos relativos a organizaciones internacionales diferentes de las Naciones Unidas y de la Organización de los Estados Americanos.
