Artículo once. Crease la Junta de Directores de Departamento, presidida por el Secretario General, que se llamara "Consejo Técnico de Coordinación", encargada de estudiar los asuntos de importancia general del Ministerio y de presentar al Ministerio los proyectos acordados. Será Secretario permanente de esta Junta el Subdirector del Departamento de Economía y Fomento. El Consejo Técnico tendrá por lo menos una reunión quincenal, y las demás que ordenen el Ministerio o el Secretario General.
