Codificación del acto de legalización. Los departamentos y el Distrito Capital al legalizar las tornaguías deberán utilizar un código que registre la siguiente información

Código Divipola generado por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE) del departamento o Distrito Capital.

Número consecutivo cuya estructura será definida por la Federación Nacional de Departamentos en coordinación con las entidades territoriales.
