° . Lo dispuesto en este Decreto se hace extensivo a las estampillas de sanidad que deben adherirse a los documentos privados con forme al artículo 13 de la Ley 53 de 1921, y lo dicho de las de timbre se entenderá en relación con las de sanidad.
