º. El Instituto de Crédito Territorial invertirá el aporte de capital de que habla el artículo anterior, en recoger el saldo de las emisiones de bonos Internos del Instituto, del siete por ciento y cinco por ciento (7% y 5%) anual. En compensación, el Instituto dé Crédito Territorial se hará cargo de pagar el subsidio familiar de vivienda establecido por el Decreto número 2462 de 1954.
