ARTICULO 2.3.2.17.- OTROS DERECHOS DE LOS TITULARES DE ACCIONES CON DIVIDENDO PREFERENCIAL Y SIN DERECHO DE VOTO. Salvo lo dispuesto en esta ley las acciones con dividendo preferencial y sin derecho de voto conferirán a sus titulares los mismos derechos que las acciones ordinarias.
