Art. 1°. Abrese el crédito estraordinario de ciento cincuenta pesos al Presupuestos del año económico de 1868 a 1869, con el fin de pagar el honorario correspondiente al comisionado por el Presidente de la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas para formar por tanteo la cuenta de los caudales públicos que manejó el Gran Jeneral T.C. de Mosquera, en su carácter de ajente diplomático de la República en Europa, en los años de 1864 a 1866.
