Los alumnos que se hayan distinguido por sus capacidades en las Escuelas de Artesanos y que aspiren a continuar estudios de especialización en ramas afines de los cursos para "Peritos" o para "Expertos" abiertos en los Institutos Técnicos o Escuelas Industriales, podrán lograrlo haciendo un curso especial de adaptación. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional estimulará estos casos otorgándoles el beneficio de las becas.
