Los saldos existentes en los encargos fiduciarios provenientes de convenios celebrados en vigencias anteriores, podrán aplicarse para la presente vigencia, a la financiación de los conceptos autorizados por la Ley 628 de 2000. Los saldos que presentaren en la ejecución de los convenios a suscribir para la presente vigencia, mantendrán la financiación de los conceptos a que alude esta reglamentación.
