El Presidente de la República determinará las zonas en las cuales deberán adelantarse programas prioritarios de inversión social para los fines de la política de paz a que se refiere esta ley. Las mismas deberán ser tenidas en cuenta en la elaboración y ejecución del presupuesto de la Nación y de las entidades descentralizadas del orden nacional.
