Art. 26. Cuando el factor despache solo en la oficina por falta del interventor, pondrá por antefirma en las partidas de la cuenta Solo en el despacho, i lo mismo en los demás documentos que sea precisa la firma del interventor. Cuando el interventor sustituya al factor pondrá por antefirma: como factor sustituto.
