La Intendencia Especial tendrá un presupuesto único el que se elaborará, ejecutará y administrará de conformidad con las normas orgánicas que para tal efecto dicte el Gobierno Nacional y las especiales que se fijan en la presente Ley.

Parágrafo

El Municipio de Providencia percibirá como mínimo un 10% del total de las rentas de la Intendencia. El Municipio de Providencia destinará la participación a que alude este parágrafo en planes de desarrollo económico y social.
