Por tratarse de contribuciones nacionales, los ejecutores tendrán jurisdicción en todo el territorio de la Republica, pero, para fines administrativos, la Dirección Nacional de Valorización podrá distribuir entre ellos los juicios por jurisdicción coactiva, asignándoles exclusivamente el cobro ejecutivo por determinadas obras o en determinadas regiones, ya en forma temporal, ya en forma definitiva.
