Art. 2º Legalízanse igualmente los gastos hechos por el señor José María Iragorri, Administrador de Correos de Popayán, en pago de sueldos, arrendamiento de local y útiles de escritorio de la Administración subalterna de la Provincia de Obando, duran los meses corridos de Julio de 1886 a Septiembre de 1887.

La Oficina General de Cuentas fenecerá, en consecuencia, las rendidas por el señor Iragorri, glosadas por falta de la formalidad a que se refiere este artículo.
