Decreto 2589 de 2006 · por el cual se modifican los artículos 5° y 8° del Decreto 2616 del 8 de septiembre de 1982.

º . Modifícase el artículo 5º del Decreto 2616 de 1982, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 5º. Para obtener la matrícula profesional de Químico, el interesado deberá presentar ante el Consejo Profesional de Química la siguiente documentación

Solicitud suscrita por el interesado;

Fotocopia del título de Químico y del acta de grado correspondiente;

Dos fotografías tamaño cédula;

Recibo de pago de los derechos de matrícula a que se refiere el literal c) del artículo 9º de la Ley 53 de 1975".
