Art. 7.° Para entrar en el ejercicio de sus funciones, cada uno de los almacenistas de que trata este Decreto, otorgará una fianza hipotecaria ó prendaria, por valor de$ 1,500 á satisfacción del respectivo Gobernador del Departamento en que tiene su asiento el almacén.
