El Superintendente Bancario podrá conceder autorización al Banco Agrícola Hipotecario para establecer una Sección que se llamará Caja de Ahorros, y que se regirá por las disposiciones del capítulo V de la Ley 45 de 1923 ; pero el Banco no estará obligado a poner aparte el depósito de garantía de que se trata en el artículo 113 de dicha Ley.
