Declárense de urgente necesidad y utilidad pública como vías nacionales, las que parten de Chámeza, en el Departamento de Boyacá, a Tauramena, a Puebloviejo y l Corregimiento de Páez. El Gobierno apropiara hasta treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000) anuales para reparar estos caminos.
