Empresas de Practicaje. Las empresas de practicaje que tengan licencia para operar en un puerto deberán garantizar la permanencia en la jurisdicción de un mínimo de pilotos disponibles o asegurar su desplazamiento de manera inmediata cuando se les requiera, sin que ello conlleve el incremento de las tarifas aprobadas por la Autoridad Marítima Nacional o el pago de otros servicios tales como pasajes, alojamiento, viáticos u otras denominaciones a favor del piloto práctico o de la empresa de practicaje.
